Small batch roasting, blended with care
Summit Coffee is blended and roasted at The Summit on the Granite Belt in Queensland.
The beans are imported from Columbia, Brazil and PNG. The beans, the plunger grind and the stovetop grind are exactly the same blend of coffee. However, the stove top is a finer grind than the plunger.
The plunger grind is suitable for plungers (cafetieres) and dripolators.
The Stovetop grind is for use in espresso machines and the small percolator units for the stove.
Seven (7)g is the amount for a standard coffee cup. (7g is almost a tablespoon full.)
This cup is quite small though, so if you’re using a mug, you may need to use two serves.
Remember - Weak coffee is an abomination!
